Project Description:
This project was to complete site work and utility requirement for a new 5000 square feet relocatable office building for UCSD La Jolla Campus. Scope included water, sewer, storm drain, electrical MAIN 12kv and building electrical feed, large raised wood decking with ramps and stairs, decorative screen walks and landscape and irrigation. The project was constructed under very limited time frame with coordination among UCSD staff, Building Users (Oncology), Building Contractor, and 3-D Enterprises Staff.
