Some key features included: a 15,000 ft.² concrete skate park; several shade structures with respective picnic amenities; two baseball fields with sport lighting; a soccer field; Concrete DG walkways; two sets of play equipment; decorative seat walls; permanent storm pollution features; a 2000 ft.² restroom & office building.
