Administered by the City of San Diego with Federal Assistance under de C.D.B.G. HUD Program. A Design-Build project to upgrade six facilities to fully comply with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Title 2 requirements. The scope included interior and exterior improvements to the following sites: Fire Station 13, Ocean Beach Recreation Center, Mid City Community Gym Facility, Rancho Bernardo Recreation Center, Mira Mesa Teen Center, Scripps Ranch Library
