Third Avenue Streetscape Improvements

Project Description:
Street improvements and beautification to eight blocks of downtown Chula Vista on Third Avenue. Improvements consisted of new curb, gutter, mediation curb, decorative and concrete sidewalks, brick pavers in plaza area and cross walks, new street lights, traffic lights, bus shelter, decorative signs, and a new median on Third Ave landscaping. The project was completed in 8 phases with strict coordination with shop owners and city staff.
